Ultra-low Noise Measurements
With minimum noise equivalent powers of 3.0 pW / √ Hz (760 nm) and 1.5 pW / √ Hz (1550 nm) for the Si and InGaAs versions of photodiodes, the DPD80 USB Photodetector has lowest in-class noise floors of similar 100 MHz amplified detectors. In addition to the 50Ω SMA analog output (DC - 100 MHz, -3dB), the integrated signal conditioning and digitization pathways optimize data collection and simplify measurement setups.
